From his early Italian roots, Paul learned to braid homemade bread from his mother, Mary. Growing up in a large family, great food & family time was always a priority. A southern, Georgia belle, Christy, found her way to middle Tennessee when her family moved. A chance meeting at Union Station in downtown Nashville one evening put two face-to-face and instantly the bond grew. Both having a love for food, their first date ended up in a powdered sugar fight. Later engaged and married at Union Station, the two bought the Great Harvest Bread Company in Nashville. Their love for food and people came together!
